Q: Why do I need to enter certain words from the book to gain access to this site?
A: The site asks you for these words to ensure that you have purchased one of Barron's Bilingual Dictionaries. You MUST have your book handy when registering at the website. We cannot give out answers to these questions.
Q: I'd like to use the eDictionary on another device besides my desktop or laptop. Can it be used on a handheld device such as a smartphone?
A: Yes, there are separate Apps for the iPhone, iPad, and Android available for purchase. Check your usual app store for availability.
Q: I've downloaded the dictionary app but it gave me a language different from the one I bought.
A: What you're seeing is the language that's being offered as a free trial for the month. For instructions on how to permenately unlock your particular dictionary, click either Mac or Windows.
Q: I'm having trouble using the electronic Dictionary.
A: If, while using the electronic dictionaries, you have questions or encounter any problems please go to Support Website and consult the knowledge base or contact the support team.
Q: Can I have more than one Dictionary installed on my computer?
A: Yes, you can! When you download and install another dictionary, it will automatically be incorporated into your original dictionary program - you will NOT see a second icon on your desktop.

Q: Can I install the Dictionary on more than one computer?
A: Yes, you can! Your registration code may be used on up to three times.
