The following conditions apply to overstock returns:
All merchandise must be held at least six months but no later than eighteen months from the invoice date. Obsolete titles must be returned anytime up to eighteen months.
In Canada all merchandise must be held at least 3 months but no later than twelve months from the invoice date.
Overstock must be properly packaged, in clean saleable condition. Books must be free
of stickers, glue residue, marks or stamps, etc.
Un-saleable merchandise will be returned at your expense.
Please furnish an itemized packing slip showing account number, titles being returned,
ISBN, quantity, price, invoice number and discount.
If the original invoice number and discount under which the shipment was made is not
identified, then the credit will reflect the highest applicable discount for the titles returned.
When returning obsolete titles, send covers only.
All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. No collect shipments will be accepted.
