RETURNS POLICY:

  1. In the U.S. – All merchandise must be held at least six months, but no later than eighteen months from the invoice date. Titles declared OP must be returned within three months.

    In Canada – All merchandise must be held at least three months, but no later than 12 months from the invoice date. Titles declared OP must be returned within three months.


  2. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. Books must be free of stickers, marks or stamps. Unsaleable merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.


  3. If the customer furnishes an invoice number relating to the original billing for the titles returned, that same discount will be credited to the account. If no invoice number is provided, then the credit will reflect the highest applicable discount for titles returned.


  4. Returned books must be shipped freight prepaid and insured. No collect shipments will be accepted.


  5. If a title is OP, please strip both front and back covers and return for credit.


  6. All claims for damages/shortages must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.


  7. All credits issued will be applied against future purchases.


Please note: Barron's does not grant return authorizations. As our customer, your invoice number is your authorization provided the guidelines above are followed.
